Cut, stitched and fitted on 84 Ave

Bhola Car Seat Covers is a working upholstery shop in Surrey. Nothing is outsourced — the patterning, cutting, stitching and fitting all happen in the same unit.

Why everything stays in-house

Most seat covers sold in Canada are cut overseas from a generic pattern and shipped flat. If the fit is wrong, there is nothing anyone can do about it.

We work the other way round. The pattern comes off your seat, the panels are cut on our own tables, and the set is stitched here in Surrey. If a bolster needs taking in by five millimetres, it goes back to the machine before it leaves the building.

That also means we can fix things later. Seats get damaged, kids happen, a bolster wears through. Because your pattern stays on file, a single replacement panel is a short job rather than a whole new set.

What we work on

Daily drivers, family SUVs, work trucks, cargo vans and highway tractors — plus the occasional show build where the interior is the whole point. Surrey has a large trucking community and a lot of that work comes through here.

We also do steering wheel wraps, armrest and door-cap covers, seat-belt pads and headrest embroidery, all matched to the same material and thread as the seats — and we stock floor mats for cars and trucks.
