Canvas duck · Forest
16oz waxed cotton with reinforced seams. The trades standard.
Truck seat covers
Crew cabs, 40/20/40 split benches, work trucks and highway tractors. Canvas duck and neoprene that survive tools, boots, weather and twelve-hour days.
A work truck seat sees more abuse in a year than a family car sees in ten. Steel-toe boots on the bolsters, tool belts on the squab, wet gear, sawdust, coffee and diesel. A cover that is merely pretty will not survive it.
For trades we stitch 16oz waxed cotton duck with reinforced seams and double-stitched stress points, or waterproof neoprene when the job involves water and mud. Both use bonded nylon thread that will not rot or powder in the sun.
Surrey runs a lot of highway tractors, and sleeper cab seats are their own problem: air-ride bases, integrated belts and armrests that a universal cover simply cannot clear. We pattern the Cascadia, T680, 579, VNL and LT regularly.

Popular builds
Every swatch is rendered from the same engine that drives the material book we cut from, so what you see is what gets stitched.

Fully waterproof. Hose it out at the end of the week.
UV and mildew proof for open cabs and equipment that lives outside.
Also fitted here
On a work truck the wheel and the floor take more of a beating than the seats do — and they are the two you touch on every single shift.
Not a slip-on. Leather cut to your rim and stitched shut by hand on the car, matched to your seats. The airbag hub is left alone.
Bought in rather than cut to your floor, which is what keeps them quick and cheap. Call with your year, make and model and we will check the shelf.
Common questions
Constantly — it is one of the most common fitments we do. The centre section, its fold-down armrest and the under-seat storage lid are all patterned separately so everything still opens and folds.
Yes. Air-ride bases, integrated seat belts and swivel armrests are all patterned. We regularly cover the Cascadia, T680, 579, VNL and LT.
Yes, from five vehicles up. For larger fleets we can bring a fitter to your yard so trucks stay in service, and we keep your pattern on file for replacements.
Heavy-duty canvas duck for abrasion, neoprene if water and mud are the bigger problem. Both are stitched with bonded nylon thread that will not rot.
Build your order in about two minutes and we will confirm the price against your own seats, or call the shop and we will talk it through with you.
