Van & fleet covers

Van and fleet seat covers that keep vehicles earning

Cargo, passenger and work fleets. Hard-wearing materials, consistent branding across every vehicle, and a pattern kept on file so replacements take days, not weeks.

Fleets have different problems

A fleet vehicle is an asset with a resale value, and worn seats are one of the first things an appraiser marks down. Covers fitted on day one protect the factory upholstery underneath and come off clean at the end of the lease.

Cargo vans get a beating from cabinetry, ladders and hand tools passing over the passenger seat. We stitch canvas duck or marine vinyl for those, and add a fold-flat bulkhead panel where the passenger seat gets used as a desk.

Multi-vehicle orders are patterned once and repeated, so every van in your livery matches, and we keep the pattern on file so a replacement is a phone call.

Combinations that work for this class

Every swatch is rendered from the same engine that drives the material book we cut from, so what you see is what gets stitched.

Canvas duck · Graphite

The fleet default. Hides dirt, survives cabinetry and ladders.

Marine vinyl · Jet

Wipes down in one pass. Ideal for shared and rotating drivers.

Neoprene · Navy

Waterproof, and takes an embroidered logo cleanly on the headrest.

The rest of what your hands touch

For a fleet these are the cheap part. A wrapped wheel and a set of mats keep a van looking maintained long after the miles say otherwise.

Steering wheel wraps

Not a slip-on. Leather cut to your rim and stitched shut by hand on the car, matched to your seats. The airbag hub is left alone.

Car & truck floor mats

Bought in rather than cut to your floor, which is what keeps them quick and cheap. Call with your year, make and model and we will check the shelf.

Common questions

Answers before you book

Yes, from five vehicles up. We pattern once and repeat, so the whole fleet matches, and your pattern stays on file for replacements.

We can. Headrest embroidery is the usual placement and it is a $75 option per set. Send us vector artwork and we will proof it before stitching.

That is largely the point. Covers fitted early protect the factory upholstery underneath, which is one of the first things an appraiser marks down.

For fleets of five or more, yes. We can pattern and fit on site so vehicles stay in service rather than queueing at the shop.
